1. Lack of trust – Unclear or confusing information about order or payment. Asking credit card info. Lack of brand name.
2. Lack of Product Information – Lack of product information and visuals(images/videos) disinterests customers to buy it as customers questions are unanswered.
3. High Shipping Cost – High shipping cost for delivery influences total purchase cost. Unreasonably high shipping compare to competitors could lead abandon of cart.
